Now have I reached the fervid juncture
Where I have seen the bigger picture.
So I am going to have to say goodbye
To things that wouldn’t let me go by.

Before you begin to ask me how
At His throne my knees I bow.
And I know you want to ask me why
But no questions; he is the Most-high.

From Him have I received a greater calling
There isn’t going to be any more stalling.
The time to start the eternal race is now
It is not in your place to fathom ‘how.’

Hear it: It is not in me that wills
But it is all about Him that calls.
This is the time to answer, “Yes Lord”
No more rooms to doubt His sure Word.

Yea, there have been many wasted years
But now, I’m rising above all my fears.
Because His power is at work in me
As His sure promise says it should be.

It is not going to be an easy race
Many troubles I know I will face.
But on my side is the Omniscient
His grace for me is ever sufficient.

Come along with me if you want
Being together with you won’t hurt.
We all belong to the same Father
So we can do it better together.
